Online slots expert Wazdan has recently been certified to enter Belarus’ regulated online gambling market as it looks to continuously grow its international presence.
The company announced Wednesday that 30 of its top-performing titles as well as some new releases have been certified to be provided to locally licensed iGaming operators.
Wazdan’s complete collection of Hold the Jackpot, including latest releases Midnight in Tokyo and Fortune Reels, have all been certified by Belarusian regulators to be delivered in the local market. Local players will also soon have access to the studio’s widely popular games 9 Lions, Larry the Leprechaun, Choco Reels, Telly Reels, and Black Horse Deluxe, among others.
Following the reorganization of Belarus’ gambling market in 2019, only operators of land-based casinos in the country were allowed to obtain licenses for the provision of digital gambling services. All of the locally licensed online casinos will now be able to offer the 30 Wazdan-developed games that were recently certified by the country’s competent regulators.
Belarus is the latest important market the popular online casino studio has secured its entry into in recent months as Wazdan looks to rapidly grow its international presence by launching its products with multiple operators in multiple regulated territories.
Proud of Regulated Approach
Commenting on their latest big news, Wazdan Head of Sales Andrzej Hyla said that they take great pride in the way they approach regulated markets and that they are very excited to have a considerable array of their products certified to be provided in Belarus.
Mr. Hyla went on to add that from their “sought-after Hold the Jackpot games to top-performing staples, we’re very pleased with what we can bring to players in Belarus” and that they are looking forward to “making big strides” into that exciting market.
News about Wazdan’s upcoming debut in Belarus emerge shortly after the company announced that its content has been certified in Switzerland, a market that was too reorganized in 2019 to enable local land-based operators to apply for online casino licenses and operate in a regulated environment.
It was also not long ago when Wazdan was certified by the competent regulators in New Jersey, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, and Colombia, enabling the online slots specialist to provide its products in each of these markets and further establish itself as a leading supplier in the regulated space.
Wazdan was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Malta. Aside from the above-mentioned certifications, the company is also certified or licensed to supply its content in the UK, Sweden, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania as well as in Malta Gaming Authority territories.
